I recently expanded my services to include therapeutic massage, with the goal of combating loneliness and providing an hour (or more) of human touch and empathy. I have created a tranquil and safe massage space where you can fully relax—whether you choose to nap through your session or chat the entire time, the experience is yours to enjoy. While I cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions, I can help identify potential concerns and advise you to seek professional care when needed. Additionally, I can tailor stretching and movement exercises to support your specific healing and wellness goals. I have extensive experience working with Parkinson’s and other movement disorders, as well as knowledge of physical therapy exercises that can aid in mobility and overall well-being. My mission is to support individuals of all ages—especially those 38 and up—in embracing a healthier lifestyle and aging process.
